Load the Chrome extension

  1. Open chrome://extensions in Chrome and enable Developer mode.
  2. Click Load unpacked and select this project's extension folder.
  3. Open a video page, refresh it, and click the WatchTogether extension icon.
  4. Enter your name and select Create a watch room. Copy the invite.
  5. Use a second Chrome window, open the same video and the extension, then paste the invite to join.

Keep the side panel open while watching. For friends on other computers, use the same reachable room server. See README.md for LAN and Internet setup.
